Overall, it's a pretty solid platform. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the features are largely as advertised. I've had a few minor hiccups with the payment processing, a couple of times it seemed to get stuck, but a quick refresh usually fixed it. Customer support was responsive when I contacted them about that. A few of the reporting features could be improved, they're a bit clunky to use. But for the price, I think it's a good value. I'd recommend it with the understanding that there are a few small things that could use some work.
