Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. The core functionality works well and I've been able to accomplish what I needed to. However, there have been a few minor glitches. Occasionally, the loading times are a bit slow, and I've experienced a couple of instances where the system seemed to freeze briefly. Nothing major, and it hasn't stopped me from using it, but it's definitely noticeable. Customer support has been responsive when I've contacted them, which is a plus. I'd recommend it, but be aware of the occasional minor technical issues.
